Finding communities where you feel you belong is essential to feeling at home at Stanford. The first step is showing up at a program or activity, and soon strangers become friends.

JSA strives to create a meaningful Jewish community for the diverse population of undergraduate Jewish students on campus. We aim to incorporate students across a wide spectrum of Jewish practice. Our programming includes religious ceremonies for holidays, weekly Shabbat celebrations, tikkun olam (social action), social excursions and more! Follow us on Instagram and subscribe to Kibbitz to stay up-to-date on all things Jewish at Stanford.

Jewpa Cafe

A well-caffeinated student is a happy student, so Hillel staff will take you on coffee dates all year long, and once a week, stop by the Coupa at Green Library for JSA-hosted Jewpa Cafe for a free drink of your choice and schmoozing.

AEPi

We’re AEPi, Stanford’s Jewish-interest fraternity. We’re a band of brothers who hang out, host events, travel the world together, and look out for each other in times of need. We are a community of leaders and intellectual savages. Our alumni have gone on to found scores of successful tech companies, serve at the highest levels of government, conquer the world of journalism, and more. We take pride in having the highest average member GPA among Stanford IFC chapters, as well as the highest dropout rate. Our brothers are involved in leadership roles in Hillel, Chabad, and numerous other organizations on campus. Come to one of our social, philanthropic, or Jewish life events to meet us and find out what we’re all about.

Farm Fridays

Every Friday afternoon, you can get ready for Shabbat with Farm Fridays: a social event rotating through the different Row Houses, sponsored by Hillel. With a new theme every week, students of all years and demographics come to enjoy some snacks, listen to music, and enjoy activities from temporary tattoos to water-gun fights to s’mores stations.
